Who is TANN ?
Transforming Lives Through Care and Community
Welcome to The African Nurses Network (TANN), a global community of dedicated healthcare professionals committed to enhancing the well-being of under-served populations. Our journey began as a Facebook group in January 2016, rapidly evolving into a force for positive change.
Our Mission
Empowering nurses and healthcare professionals to actively identify and offer resources, fostering opportunities for community improvement.
Our Vision
Each individual will have the resources necessary to discover opportunities and reach their maximum potential.
Origins and Growth
Originating as a Facebook group, TANN gained momentum with over a thousand members within its first week. In June of 2016, TANN officially launched, later becoming a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our journey reflects a commitment to growth, unity, and impactful change.
